As we close out this Labor Day with barbecues or hunkering down to watch a movie or (like I did) grading papers, let's all send some positive thoughts and energy to the people of the Gulf who are once again facing the wrath of nature in hurricane form. For those who can, consider contacting the American Red Cross to see what donations can be made to help these people who've already suffered and lost so much.
