If you're looking for my take on last night's debate, stay tuned but wait a couple days. I haven't watched it yet. I know -- SHOCKING! I recorded it on my DVR last night. I'm just getting over a nasty little cold -- sore throat, sneezy, sniffly, achy -- and actually spent all of yesterday curled up on the couch. With my icky achiness, I just didn't think I should watch the debate -- if only because the drugs I was on were likely to make me fall asleep. I plan on watching the debate either today or tomorrow, and I am sure I'll have something to say. I understand from the Huffington Post that Obama won. Surprise!

I hope you feel better! I'll add my own shocking comment to yours--the debates aren't so much for us, honey. It wasn't going to change YOUR mind, was it? I did watch it, and then promptly stuck my head in the media spin cycle to try to gauge the feedback. (I'll probably be dizzy for a week.) The only bit of wisdom I think I've gained in the last few weeks of political obsession is that I've got no clue what makes an undecided voter tick. So rest, gather your strength, watch the debate when you have time and by all means, tell us what you think! I'm very interested to hear your take, not just on the debates themselves but about the various reactions.
